Official Rules

The Enter for the Chance to Win a 5-Day Ireland Vacation (the "Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 15, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 14, 2024 (the "Promotion Period"). The computer clock of the Sponsor (defined below) is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and Northern Mariana Islands who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of World Travel Holdings ("Sponsor") fulfillment, Dream Vacations, CruiseOne, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, "Promotion Parties") their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply.


2. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: To enter, visit a participating agent's website from the list below (the "Websites") during the Promotion Period. Enter the Promotion by completely entering your true and correct information on the registration form in the required fields (required fields include: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email Address). Upon registering, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion drawing ("Entry"). Limit of one (1) Entry per person throughout the entire Promotion Period (regardless of method/Website or combination of methods/Websites of entry). Attempts made by the same individual to earn more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in disqualification. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limit, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Those who do not follow all instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.

   The Promotion Parties are not responsible for technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions, or difficulties of any kind, or for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.


3. PROMOTION DRAWING/ODDS: On or about July 15, 2024, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period and select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received.


4. WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIMING: The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. The Promotion Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's email or other account to receive messages or late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winner (or if potential winner is over 18 but still considered a minor in place of residence), for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts of potential winner to provide signed parental or guardian consent). Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending of an email or placing of a phone call. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. As part of the winner notification process, the potential winner will be required to complete and submit a declaration of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance agreement ("Declaration"), within ten (10) days of date of notification, as a condition of receiving the prize. If potential winner is a resident of Canada, potential winner must correctly answer unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email as specified by Sponsor or Sponsor's agent. If the potential winner does not correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable) or fails or refuses to sign and return the Declaration within the required time period or if the Declaration is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to potential winner, and/or the potential winner is otherwise noncompliant, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected, up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Potential winner becomes the "Winner" only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor.
   
   Parents or legal guardians of a prize winner who is under the age of majority in place of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and some Canadian provinces and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) may be required to also sign the Declaration in order for the winner to be qualified to receive the prize.
   
   No more than the stated prize will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winner of the advertised prize available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.


5. PRIZE/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the Promotion. The Grand Prize consists of:
   
   
   • One (1) 5-Day Taste of Ireland tour with CIE Tours ("Tour") for the winner, plus one (1) companion. Grand Prize includes hotel accommodation for 4 nights (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel specified by the Sponsor. Grand Prize also includes ground transportation during the Tour between destinations, Sponsor-specified meals for each day of the Tour, and entertainment. Entertainment may not be included for each date of the Tour and are in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winner is responsible for obtaining any visas and valid passports, if applicable, required for them or their companion for any travel associated with the prize. The prize is subject to availability. Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the names, date or nature of the booking are not permitted. The prize is redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold to any other party. The Winner must claim their prize and book the vacation by August 16th, 2024 for travel that must be completed before December 31, 2024. Additional terms and conditions may apply. No travel included with prize.
     
     Any other expenses or items not specifically listed, including but not limited to, air travel, additional ground transportation, meals (other than stated), parking and souvenirs, mini bar, room service, telephone calls, travel insurance, etc. are the responsibility of winner and/or winner's companion. Companion must be eighteen (18) years or older. Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the Grand Prize unless Sponsor consents in writing. If the Tour or any portion thereof is postponed, rained out, canceled, or for other reasons beyond Sponsor's and organizers' control does not occur, the Sponsor and organizers will not be responsible for replacing the Tour portion of prize. Grand Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions specified are as solely determined by Sponsor and organizers. Lost or stolen Tour tickets or passes will not be replaced. The Sponsor and organizers shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the venue operator, prize provider or any other persons providing any prize-related services. If travel delays, cancellations or difficulty prevent arrival in time for the Tour, the Sponsor and organizers (or other Released Parties) are not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. Tour must be redeemed as stated in the prize notification or otherwise stated in the Official Rules. Winner agrees to accept all space availability requirements established by the Tour operator. Winner and companion must comply with all applicable laws, and any rules and regulations established by the Tour. Sponsor, organizers, and the applicable venue representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner (and companion) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event or in any other objectionable behavior. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the applicable experience early. Decisions regarding the conduct of the winner and companion in all aspects of their participation in the prize event/activity will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and any of Sponsor's representatives and final and binding in all respects. Winner and/or companion may be removed or disqualified from participating in any aspect of the Grand Prize for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, creating an unauthorized disturbance, interruption, or unnecessarily rough physical contact, creating the potential for injury or property damages, or for any unhealthy, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate act. Winner agrees that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.
     
     Grand Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents, or substitutions or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount, except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. All Grand Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Grand Prize details and availability are subject to change and prize provider's rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide winner with the Grand Prize, the Sponsor may elect to provide winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. Prize is awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize received, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. The ARV of the prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of the prize awarded will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Sweepstakes Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of any prize. No more than the stated prize will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and winner will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of a prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or material. Winner will be contacted regarding prize fulfillment as soon as the winner is confirmed beginning on or about one (1) day after the end of the Sweepstakes.
   
   
   The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,790 USD.
   
   PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize will be awarded only upon winner redemption, confirmation, verification and final approval by Sponsor. No substitution, transfer of any prize or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes. The Grand Prize travel must be booked by August 16th, 2024 and travel must be completed by December 31, 2024.
   
   PRIZE IS AWARDED "AS IS" WITH NO GUARANTEE. ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY THE PROMOTION PARTIES. ALL PRIZE DETAILS ARE AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION. ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND USE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN AS BEING PROVIDED ARE WINNER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
   
   
6. GENERAL: Winner hereby expressly grants to the Promotion Parties and their respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and province of residence for all purposes, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion ("Advertising"), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor and/or its licensors, and winner hereby disclaims and waives any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under the control of Sponsor and/or its licensors, and winner hereby waives any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of such winning recipient's name, likeness or voice under contract, tort, or any other theory of law. The Promotion Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Promotion Parties, including but not limited to the failure or interruption of any internet service provider. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules or Declaration, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. In no event will more than one (1) prize be awarded. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. All decisions as to these Official Rules and interpretations thereof are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Promotion Parties and may be changed from time to time without notice. The Promotion Parties reserve the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without notice. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry. If, in Sponsor's sole determination, a dispute cannot be resolved, the Entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.


7. CONDUCT: By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Parties, which shall be final, binding and non-appealable in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Promotion Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promotion Parties to be in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promotion Parties to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person and void all associated Entries and/or registrations. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER, YOU OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE PROMOTION PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.


8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled registrations, Entries, URLs, or emails; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries or registrations at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any website or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Entries, social networking posts, or registrations, the announcement of the prize, or in any other Promotion-related materials; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then the Promotion Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. If terminated, the Promotion Parties will award the prize from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received for the Promotion up to the time of such action.


9. RELEASES: All participants, as a condition of participation in this Promotion, agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with (i) participation in any aspect of the Promotion, (ii) the receipt, ownership or use of the prize awarded, including any travel associated with any prize, (iii) participant's registration material on any related website, or (iv) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules.


10. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winner, Sponsor, in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Florida. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.


11. PRIVACY: Except as noted in these Official Rules, information collected for this Promotion is used only for the purpose of Promotion administration and winner notification and will not be re-used, sold, or shared in any manner by the Promotion Parties or any third parties unless you have elected to receive additional information or promotional material from the Sponsor, or a third party. By participating in the Promotion, participant agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which is available at https://worldtravelholdings.com/privacy-policy/#.XDZzhlxKiUk. In the event of any discrepancy between the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.


12. TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, provincial, and other taxes on prize and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security or social insurance number before the prize will be awarded, for tax reporting purposes. A 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) or W-8BEN will be issued in the name of the winner, for the actual value of the prize received.


13.
